Three drawings side by side separated by white lines. First is a primarily blue, green and yellow drawing of an older man wearing glasses and a scarf. Second is a young woman curled up in a chair with pink and purple tones. Third is a child looking into a mirror while putting on makeup which is smeared on her face in bright hues.

Two Green Bay Southwest High School students will have their artwork on display at the Milwaukee Art Museum as a part of the 2025 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards - Wisconsin Region.

Miley Vang received two Gold Key awards in the Drawing & Illustration category for her pieces “experimenting” and “it's just a burning memory.” Vang’s work will be sent forward to the national competition in April.

Mallory McNamee received a Silver Key and Honorable Mention for two of her pieces in the Drawing & Illustration category.

Vang and McNamee’s work will be on display at the Milwaukee Art Museum from February 1, 2025, through March 16, 2025.
