Senior Ball tickets will be on sale April 23-27. Prices are $30 for 1 or $55 for two. They can be purchased in the main office over the lunch hours (10:23 am - 1:06 pm). At the time you purchase your ticket, you will also need to pick your meal.

Guest Forms
If you would like to bring a guest who is not a Southwest student, please stop in the main office to pick up a guest form. This must be turned in and reviewed before you can purchase a ticket for your guest. For this reason, guest forms will be due no later than the end of the school day on April 26.

Event Information
Date: May 12

Doors open at 6 pm. 
Dinner starts at 7 pm. 
Dancing begins at 8 pm. 
Event ends at 11 pm.

Venue: Botanical Gardens

Caterer: Hyatt

Meal Choices:  
Roasted Chicken 
- Herb roasted chicken (bone in) with homemade stuffing, garlic whipped potatoes and white wine chicken gravy

6 oz Filet Mignon
- USDA choice tenderloin grilled to perfection, port demi glace, garlic whipped potatoes

Lasagna Spinach Rollups (vegetarian)
- Creamy spinach filling rolled in lasagna noodles with red pepper coulis

will be on June 3 at noon in the Kress Center (UWGB). There are no tickets required.

Announcements will be delivered on April 13 to Southwest High School. Balances must be paid in full before you can pick up your order. 

Cap & gown orders will be distributed on May 17 over the lunch hours. Please pay any outstanding balances prior to picking up your cap & gown (school fees, library fines, outstanding lunch charges, etc). If you are not able to pick your order up on May 17, it will be held in the main office for you.

Senior Lock-In Parent Meeting
Wednesday, April 18

Southwest Library

We need parent involvement to help make this year’s Senior Lock-In a memorable event for your graduating senior.  If you are interested in helping, please attend our meeting on April 18th.  I know graduation is a busy time for all of us, so I ask that you consider donating a little bit of your time (and money), to help pull this event together.  The more volunteers we have, the easier it will be to create a fabulous night for our seniors.  They’ve worked hard. Let’s help them celebrate and keep them safe!
