Session 1 - 3:30 - 4:15

Session 2 - 4:30 - 5:15

The Green Bay Area Public School District has developed guidelines with the assistance of Bellin Health to continue to allow high school athletes to use facilities for strength and conditioning starting the week of September 7, 2020 (Monday through Friday.)

Safety protocols are in place to mitigate the spread of COVID-19; however, it is important to stress that any public activity with individuals who do not live with you has some risk. The following safety protocols will be enforced. Any violation to the protocols will result in the loss of privilege to use the facilities.

-All coaches and students will be screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to a workout. Screenings include a temperature check.
-Athletic facilities will have limited hours. In addition, no more than 10 individuals can be in the space at one time.
-Locker rooms will not be utilized.
-Students are to report in proper workout attire and return home to shower.
-Workouts will be conducted in “pods” so that the same students are always working out together.
-Physical distancing of six feet between individuals must be maintained at all times.
-Coaches will wear masks and students are expected to wear face masks when entering and leaving the workout area.
-Students are not required to wear masks while engaged in physical activity.
-Athletic equipment should not be shared (towels, clothing, shoes, or sports equipment) between students.
-Students should bring their own water bottle, labeled with their name. Hydration stations will not be available.

Due to the current level of community spread of COVID-19, medically vulnerable students should consult their medical provider regarding whether or not they should participate.

The District will be reviewing on a regular basis whether or not greater access to the schools will be available. However, all plans are subject to change depending on recommendations by the Department of Health and Human Services and our local medical community.
