Registration MUST be completed by athletes before participating in any sports at Southwest. Participation includes practices, games, and meets.
Online Athletics/Activities Registration
If your student will be taking alternative transportation home from an away meet/game, riding home with someone other than a parent/guardian or the bus, you will need to complete the Transportation Waiver Form prior to the event. It needs to be signed by the Athletic Director - please plan accordingly to ensure there is time to get the form reviewed before your child leaves for the event.
