Confirmed Graduation Date:
June 2, 2024 @ 11:00 a.m. (formerly 11:30 a.m.) 
Doors open at 10a.m.
Location: Southwest High School Gymnasium 

Graduation Ceremony Tickets:
All graduates participating in the ceremony will receive 8 tickets (formally 6) to the in-person graduation ceremony.   
  *Students can pickup their tickets beginning on May 22nd.

Diploma Order Forms:
All graduates must complete the diploma order forms that were emailed to seniors on 12/12/23.  The link is now closed as of 3/26/24.

Cap and Gown + Extras:
All students must wear a cap & gown to participate in the graduation ceremony.
  *Cap & Gown order pick up will be on May 22nd. 
  *Students were able to order the cap & gown during the lunch hours on February 1 & 2 (cash or check only).
  *The direct link for ordering cap & gown online closed on 3/18/24.  Please contact the Main Office after this date.
  *Optional keepsakes and announcements are still available for purchase.
  *Click here to download the order form - Only orders for graduation keepsakes & announcements are now accepted.  The order form can be mailed to Brickhouse and can be shipped to the school for orders placed before 2/15/2024 and can only be shipped to your home after 2/15/2024.  The Brickhouse site opened December 15th for orders but is now closed.
  *Optional graduation swag is no longer available to purchase. 

Adornment:
Students wanting to adorn their graduation attire must receive approval from the high school principal. The District requires that the dress and grooming of students at the graduation ceremony are within the limits of Board of Education policy. Click here to view the policy and to download and print the adornment request form.  Submit for approval by May 17!
