Registration

Student-Athletes intending to participate in athletics must complete an online registration, which includes uploading the students' most recent physical. 

Please note that the platform formally known as rSchool is now Arbiter. Using the link below, please create a new Arbiter Registration account and follow the steps in your activation email. Only one account is needed per family. Select "Athletic Registration 2025-2026" under PROGRAMS which can be found at the bottom of the webpage.

FAQ

IS MY PHYSICAL VALID?

• Physicals are valid for 2 school years with the appropriate paperwork listed below. 
• If the physical was completed 4/1/25 or after please submit the WIAA Physical Form (only page 4 is needed for school registration)
• If the physical was completed between 4/1/24 - 3/31/25 please submit an Alternate Year Card.
• A new physical will need to be completed if it is from before 4/1/2024.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHYSICAL FORMS?

• You can attach physical forms to your Arbiter Registration or fax it to Southwest at (920) 492-5561.
