Tickets are not needed to attend the graduation ceremony.

Graduation Slideshow Questionnaire 

The Class of 2025 Graduation Slideshow is being created, which features post-secondary plans and a photo for our graduating students.  Please complete this Graduation Questionnaire Form with the necessary information to be included in the slideshow.  Note: The photo previously submitted for the yearbook will be used in the slideshow.  If a photo was not submitted, then the photo in Infinite Campus will be used.  The deadline to submit this information is April 18, 2025.

Professional Graduation Photographs

Ambrosius Studios will photograph Southwest High School's graduation.  Photographs will be captured when your graduate receives their diploma.  Orders can be placed through ambrosiusstudios.com.  Please see the graduation photography order flier for more information and specific ordering instructions.  The deadline to order is May 28, 2025.

Cap & Gown Distribution

Cap & gown packages will be distributed during lunch hours on May 21st.

Cap & Gown Sales

A cap and gown must be worn to participate in the graduation ceremony. 

• After March 3: Please stop in the Main Office to purchase your cap & gown.  Cash or check (made out to Brickhouse) are accepted.
• January 28 & 29 during lunch hours.  For in-person sales, Venmo, cash, money orders or personal checks are accepted.  The deadline to order online is March 3, 2025.  

Graduation Announcements and Gift Orders

Orders will be accepted during the cap and gown sales on January 28 and 29.  To order online, visit brickhouse.gradclass.com.  For timely delivery, order before January 31, 2025.  The order form is linked here.  Orders can still be placed after this date.

Diploma Information Form & Ceremony RSVP

Students are to fill out the linked google form to confirm their name that is printed on their diploma, and to indicate whether or not they wish to participate in the graduation ceremony.  The deadline to complete this form is Friday, March 14th. 

Adornment Requests

Students wanting to adorn their graduation attire must receive approval from the high school principal.  The District requires that the dress and grooming of students at the graduation ceremony are within the limits of Board of Education policy.  Please fill out the linked Graduation Adornment Request form completely and turn it into the Main Office. The deadline to turn the form in is May 9th at the end of the school day.

Senior Lock-In

Senior Lock-In is a safe and fun event held the evening after graduation practice in which you get to celebrate your graduation as a class. The fun filled evening will include games, music, prizes, great food and entertainment!  Permission slips are required to enter and are due in the Main Office by Wednesday, May 28th.  Senior Lock-In Permission Slip

Senior Meeting

Senior students had a Senior Meeting on May 15th.  Principal Whisler went over important graduation information.  That information can be referenced via the following attachment: Senior Meeting Information.
