Cap & Gown Sales

A cap and gown must be worn to participate in the graduation ceremony. 

• January 27 & 28, 2026 during lunch hours.  The following payments are accepted for in person sales: Venmo (@brickhousegrad), cash, check (payable to Brickhouse School Services) or money orders.
• The $40 Basic Package (Cap/Gown/Tassel/Cord) can be purchased online by visiting this ordering link.  Taxes apply to online orders.

Adornment Requests

Students wanting to adorn their graduation attire must receive approval from the high school principal.  The District requires that the dress and grooming of students at the graduation ceremony are within the limits of Board of Education policy.  Adornment requests are due on May 8, 2026.  Form can be picked up in the Main Office, printed from the written announcements or printed from your email.

Senior Last Day

Due to graduation rehearsal occurring on Friday, May 29, 2026, the last day of school for Seniors at Southwest High School is Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Submit Senior Portraits & Baby Pictures

There is a slideshow at Graduation that will include your senior portrait and baby picture.  Please submit your senior portrait and baby portrait by December 1, 2025.  

Senior Lock-In

Senior Lock-In is a safe and fun event held the evening after graduation practice in which you get to celebrate your graduation as a class. 

Senior Meeting

Senior students will have a meeting prior to graduation with needed information regarding the Graduation event.

Diploma Information Form & Ceremony RSVP

The student's name on their diploma will be printed with their first, middle, and last name as it appears in Infinite Campus.  A link will be sent to students to confirm their name and indicate if they will be participating in the graduation ceremony.

Elementary Graduation Walk

This walk features you and your classmates wearing your cap and gown walking the halls of your former elementary school while being celebrated by our future Southwest Trojans and possibly your former teachers. This would be a great way to see your educational journey come full-circle.

Professional Graduate Portraits

Ambrosius Studios will photograph Southwest High School's graduation. Photographs will be captured when graduates receive their diploma.
